Happy Vintage Valentine’s Day
The cynical girl in me wants to think Valentine’s Day is silly and a waste of time. But, to be honest, I kind of love it. It’s pink and red and hearts and love and frills and ruffles and everything I love all at the same time. And too much is never too much on Valentine’s Day.
I was poking around in my attic the other day looking through a box of my Nana’s things and found a folder full of vintage Valentine’s cards. I think they’re something she picked up at an antique store. I fell instantly in love and had to share some of my favorites with you.
You can pull the bird’s tail to make him move! 
This little ballerina’s dress is made of tissue paper. 
Do any of you have any Valentine’s Day plans? A romantic dinner out maybe? I’ll actually be working late for the second year in a row, so I certainly won’t be doing anything romantic. Maybe I’ll wear red. And pink. At the same time. Just because I can.
