Minty green kitchen inspiration
I am completely and utterly in love with this kitchen. I found it on houzz.com, which is the most addictive site. There are literally thousands of kitchen pictures to fall in love with. I could spend hours looking at kitchens!
This kitchen is in a 1901 home in Portland, Oregon and was designed by Garrison Hullinger Interior Design, Inc. It’s amazing!
Here are some more pictures of the same room.
I love the color of the cabinets. It’s so fresh and unique, but yet looks totally appropriate for the age of the home. I wonder if we could get away with colored cabinets in our kitchen, which is half the size of this one and only has one window. I’ve always thought we’d go white to keep the room open and airy, but I seriously love this.
I worry that these farmhouse sinks are a fleeting fad, but one would probably be pretty perfect in my own 1890 home. I also love the mix of gold and silver hardware on the sink and stove. So good.
