Yeah, my life is pretty awesome

Hi everyone! It’s Kerry again. Wasn’t it fun to have Andy guest blogging on Monday? I think that just might need to happen again, don’t you think?! Maybe on a somewhat regular basis???

I’m back with you today (late) because I really want to share something special with you. Last Saturday I decided to document what I knew was going to be a really fun day. Some of my best friends in the entire world came to Cleveland for a visit and we threw a big Halloween party at our house. We decorated, made costumes, ate a lot, drank a lot, and had a lot of laughs. {{We even got some amazing news that my best friend and her husband are having a baby! Yay! Congratulations to them!}} It was fun documenting the weekend with photography. And though not every photo is gallery worthy — by a long shot — they mean a lot to me, and they show me, holy moly I LOVE MY LIFE!!

I’d like to encourage everyone to take a day to do this. It doesn’t even have to be a special day. But taking a step back to look at things with a different eye and seeing the beauty in everyday things is just like a breath of fresh air. Like, ahh, life is good, and all that stuff that bogs us down on a daily basis and stresses us out, it just doesn’t even matter that much when there’s so much to be happy about.
